Cancellation and Refund Policy
At CK Masala, we take great care in packing and delivering our food products. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been dispatched.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- CK Masala reserves the right to cancel orders in case of payment issues, incorrect pricing, or unforeseen circumstances.
Refund & Replacement
- As we deal with food and spice products, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.
- Refunds or replacements will be provided only under the following conditions:
- A wrong product is delivered
- The product is damaged during transit
- The package is received in a tampered condition
- A wrong product is delivered
Reporting Issues
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Customers are required to share clear photos or an unboxing video as proof for verification.
- Requests received after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Verification & Approval
- All refund or replacement requests will be reviewed by the CK Masala team.
- After successful verification, the request will be approved or rejected at our discretion.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
